Norwegian fisherman Bjørn Frilund, 64 was recently gutting a cod he had caught only to discover half of an orange dildo lodged inside it’s stomach.
“The dildo looks like what the fish eat. We have a kind of multicolored octopus in Norway, maybe the cod thought this was one of these and ate it,” Frilund told The Local.
“There may be a frustrated wife who threw the dildo overboard from the ship,” he offered as a possible explanation, however we think it is far more likely it was dumped along with other garbage. This brings us to a good point about responsibly disposing of such items and considering the environment and the aquatic ecosystem which is damaged more and more each ear by pollutants and waste.
This is the first time we have heard of a sex toy being found inside a fish and hope it is an isolated incident.
